OPPOSE

HB 4221 (S. Johnson): Prohibits the state from contracting with entities that provide abortions, thereby restricting federal funds (like Medicaid, Title X and Teen Pregnancy Prevention grants) and future state funds (Planned Parenthood does not currently receive state funds.)

SB 0164 (Proos): Removes the grace period that allows providers to perform abortions while the navigate the lengthy process of licensure

HB 4467 (Theis): Requires that a physician conducts an ultrasound before performing an abortion; requires additional information added to the state’s informed consent law
